Despite this being progress from more than a week ago, I thought it was important to let people know.

There has been some progress with regards to the echogals and echo24 audio card models, in that the original drivers by Jerome Duval have made their way into the OpenBeOS cvs.

I'll quote from the entry:

"Echo driver : echogals and echo24
This is implemented but untested.
Mixer is lacking, and multichannels support. Only 2 channels input/output currently."

As it says, it is implemented but untested. So, any Echo audio card owners out there willing to give this a whirl?
