Dominic Giampaolo has replied to my inquiry as to why he released his book in PDF format for everyone's downloading pleasure.
"It's simple: Recently someone asked me where they could buy a copy of it since no one seemed to carry it anymore. I asked the publisher who told me it's out of print so I could have the rights to the book back if I wanted. I said yes, they sent me a letter giving me the rights and a cd with the pdf file. It was only logical to then put it up on my website."
And there you have it. ;)
