Frans Van Nispen, owner and chief developer for Xentronix has posted in his forum a "new look" for the graphic editing program Refraction. The screenshot shows a nicely cleaned up interface that sports a Refraction Bar on the bottom (can go to the top as well), and some minor but important improvements to the rest of the program.

Frans is asking the community at large for their opinion on these changes, and invites anyone to make a comment on the forum. I for one consider it a step in the right direction, as over time Refraction will require (and get) the attention it deserves to become a "killer app" for the BeOS.
