The first annual, and hopefully one of many conferences dedicated to OpenBeOS, is taking place this coming June 19-20th, 2004, in Columbus, Ohio.
Registration for the conference is $30 USD per person, excluding sleeping arrangements. There is more information regarding the sleeping arrangements in the announcement itself; it's worth reading carefully if you plan to participate.
Registrants are welcome to bring their own computer, and food, as usually expected at such an event.
