[email] [print]  Gaming on Haiku: Part Two

Mar 15, 2006 16:17 UTC, by Kian Duffy, Senior Journalist.
From the shoot'emup-central department...

Following on from last weeks news, John "[Beta]" Drinkwater again has interesting screenshots of R5 binary games running under Haiku - this time, however, its Quake II.

From the id Software logo to actual in-game shooting at things ;), all appears to be working. It is, of course, software rendered as yet, but its certainly working.

In other photos from his gallery, an ever-so-slightly off colour and missing some of its pictures NetPositive is shown, including a shot of it doing network access.

John's Haiku gallery serves as a hugely interesting photo history of Haiku's development over the past months.
