From the manage-mah-money department...

In one of those strange coincidences that only seems to happen in the BeOS world, two personal finance managers have been released to BeBits in the past few days.

First up to the plate is the freeware preview of Capital Be from DarkWyrm, which supports Quicken file import, supports BeOS, ZETA and Haiku, and lets you control multiple accounts. As a personal financial manager, it handles credit card, chequeing accounts, and all the other stuff that the average person may have in their financial life

And second up, we have the commecial MyBudget from the previously unheard of Flojo-Soft, currently available for ZETA only, but promising BeOS and Haiku support in the future. Priced at €19.95, with 10% of the cost being donated to Haiku. MyBudget has all the expected features, as well as statistical querying - allowing you to see how much of your income you spend on a specific outgoing.

I'm more of a "mangled receipts in back of wallet" guy when it comes to managing my finances, but for those who actually care more about it, theres now two more players in the field. BeFinancial and BeMyCheckbook are pre-existing players in the field.
