Just noticed
this posting from
BeGroovy, who seems to get those once-in-a-while scoops on us... But we're not bitter. ;) heheh.. j/k
After doing a bit of digging at
Yahoo Finance, I found Be Inc.'s
market chart for the past few months. The last real movement was just before September, 2002. and since that time, for months, it was steady at 10 cents a share. Could this recent "doubling effect" be an indication of a perceived rise in company value?
The only real cause of something like this that comes to my mind is the case that Be Inc. has with Microsoft. Perhaps there is a quiet settlement? I am merely speculating of course, but stranger things have happened in the world of finance.
he most recent development with this case was when the judge
denied Microsoft's request to dismiss the case, allowing Be Inc. to proceed as intended.
Food for thought.. Discuss it in the forum.
