Well, i'm back, in case the title wasn't clue enough. I'm back from Spain (hola à todos), more specifically sunny Valencia. So... Happy New Year everyone! Now on with the round of updates.

In the OpenBeOS world, people aren't sleeping their days away. The MIDI Kit team has reached Milestone 1, which basically means they now have their own midi_server and libmidi2.so. Incomplete still, but it's a very good advancement for the Kit.

Also, Ingo Weinhold and Tyler Dauwalder (with the help of Axel Dorfler) are beginning to define the Device API, they decided how to go about it, they will make the API as a collection of kernel modules (kernel mode libraries) that export device specific information.
