I'm not making this up. (/me looks at the date. ;)

There is a wear-a-thong contest, and its all in the name of BeOS fun. Not to mention you can win a BeBox!

Here's the skinny:

Must attend the 2004 WalterCon Conference for the entire length it is held.
Must purchase an OFFICIAL WalterCon Thong online or at the event, and have it present at the WalterCon Conference during Friday evening or Saturday morning ThongRegistration.
Must wear your thong for the ENTIRE conference, shoes/boots/flapjacks that do not rise above the ankle and socks of same restriction may be worn. Note, the only exception would be of course for a female to wear a top, not tshirt, just a bikini top of sorts.
Must be documented with photos at the conference in public with others at least 3 times a day (morning, afternoon and evening), for the entire conference.
Must NEVER take off the thong during the WCThongContest, must have the same thong on for the entire conference. At no time are you allowed to cover the thong or your body unless for medical reasons or emergencies.

Ok, more details... Read up on the contest page, go purchase your necessary Walter Thong, and pack your things for the trip to WalterCon.
