If anyone who is planning to attend the upcoming BeGeistert in Duesseldorf, Germany is looking for a great place to stay, I heartily recommend the Backpackers Duesseldorf Hostel.

For 20 euro, you get the use of a very well stocked kitchen, great showers, free linen use (no deposit required), comfortable beds, and free internet (which I am using to write this.)

The only thing I will warn is to not follow the directions of the information service at HBf. Instead, hop on the 725 Bus and follow it till you find the KirchPlatz stop. Walk back 200 yards or so and you will see the hostel. (#180)

I really can't say enough good things about this hostel. It has made for a pleasant experience in Duesseldorf.
