Jace Cavacini over at ZetaNews.com has a delightful tale of his experience of getting to and attending this year's WalterCon 2004.

Despite Jace´s worries of the format being in rather pointed style, his tale of what happened at WalterCon provides a very complete and heartwarming insight for those that couldn´t make it to the event. As he points out, many people from around our fine Community had slightly mixed initial reactions, but after a short time, embraced the new name and life moved on.

Personally I was a little pleasantly surprised when I first heard of the new name, but I can definately see the poetic reasons behind choosing it. And think of the marketing potential! :)
