I've just sent off my letter to Comcast, after determining through several means that the IP 67.175.213.39 belonged to them. I'm also working with my webhost, Hurricane Electric, to provide our logfiles of the event as evidence. Hopefully the three of us can work towards making sure some compensation to Hurricane Electric is provided, in addition to actually finding the jerk responsible.
