Niels Reedijk, famous for his
CVS Digests, and all-around nice guy, has
updated his
weblog with important information about the upcoming USB stack design for
Haiku.
To be honest, I hadn't checked in on his blogging activities for a few days, but after going over his entries that I missed, I can see that Niels is quite devoted to thinking and designing the USB stack in a highly logical and clear way. This provides me with reasonable confidence that one day Haiku will have a proper stack as it means that other experienced Haiku Developers will be able to pitch in as well, fine tuning and shaping the stack into a very nice addition to the codebase.
For all the details and more, be sure to check out his weblog when you can.
