  I realize that this project has taken literally forver, and I apologize. I am slowly picking at it, but could certainly use help from anyone willing. -chris

  Current Status (as at 21 August 2004):
  

  • Initial translation of sections 1, 2, 3, and References are done.
  • Rudolph has gone over translated sections 1, 2 and 3, and changes have been made to the online version.
  • Section 4 and the Glossary are being worked on.

More versions are being considered, once the english version is complete, and no outstanding errors are remaining. If you are interested in helping with this project, please email us.
