The somewhat delayed changeover to Subversion by Haiku has had an updated schedule posted. The Open-BeOS CVS at SourceForge will be locked at midday CET on the 15th of this month, and the migration to the new Haiku SVN at BerliOS will be completed by midnight on the 17th. In addition to this, a new, single-article newsletter has been posted with full instructions of how to use the SVN client to check out sourcecode. Instructions on how to get the client and an updated SSH/OpenSSL for net_server are available here BerliOS provides identical features to Sourceforge, as it uses the same software for the Trackers, etc, but should provide more stable hosting in the long term. Any user who intends to contribute code to the project is advised to get a BerliOS Developer account now.
