First Haiku-powered Web Server Apr 15, 2007 22:40 UTC, by Kian Duffy, Senior Journalist From the buring-servers department... Long-time BeOS user Urias McCullough has started probably the first Haiku-powered web server, albeit as a proof of concept rather than any form of real deployment. Running on the BeOS-native Robin Hood http daemon, the site was active when I checked it, but as its running a Pentium 3, under a pre-alpha OS, and on a 144k upstream line, its unlikely to still be alive by the time you read this. However, you can gawk away, should it still be active. Theres also a strong chance the httpd may crash - Urias is resetting it any time he becomes aware of this.
