Things are starting to heat up in the DOJ vs Microsoft trial lately. Gateway
 
recently testified about the treatment OEM's receive by Microsoft.
 
The more companies that testify against Microsoft, the better the chances will be for Be Inc. in court to win their suit. That's the opinion of this journalist, anyhow... ;)
