Just got word from Jorge Salamero and his good pal, nitro, with an update to our previous story on the upcoming Operating Systems Exhibition taking place July 9th-11th, in Spain. Here's the full scoop, agenda style: Main Activities Operating System Exhibition: an interesting tour showing several Operating Systems with one machine dedicated to whomever wants to test/demonstrate their OS of choice. (multiple machines available.) Technological Fair: a place where companies will show their products and services. Interesting Conferences: related to computer security, networking and open-source projects. Practical Workshops: the most interesting is "Programming BeOS Applications", done by BeOS "Beveloper" Oliver Ruiz. There will be also programming and networking workshops. Game Championships: win prizes playing games such as Quake III, Unreal Tournament, Netris... Digital Contest: win prizes with your creative style in 4 categories related to multimedia and programming. Other Activities Night Shows: multimedia show (dj's, vj's), music concerts, presentations. Facilities and Services Parking, sleeping room, catering service, bar, lockers, toilets, showers, and more. Oliver Ruiz will be bringing Zeta and a Zintro for demonstration purposes.
