Live From WalterCon: OpenBeOS Becomes Haiku

From the Waltercon Undercover department...

Michael Phipps of OpenBeOS fame kicked off the first WalterCon conference by beating around the bush, and referring to OpenBeOS as "dollar-sign-new-name". Eventually he got around to it, and pulled out the T-Shirt. The new name for OpenBeOS, is Haiku.
 
Spare us the torches and pitchforks, this is progress, and this is branding.
