It's Christmas time, and for many families around the world, it means someone is getting a new computer. :)
 
Why not take some time to try getting BeOS/Haiku running on it, alongside whatever else is installed, and teach your family the wonders of using an operating system that has so much potential. With so many viruses, security leaks, and other exploits in the wild, it is a worthy gift to share with the family; how to use BeOS/Haiku and be free of those ill-trappings.
 
Take the time to teach them well. Your family is probably the most receptive source to share your knowledge about using the computer, and a little constructive criticism on how to make that shiny new computer work better will go a long way to peace of mind.
